Carrot root generally safe in small amounts, but carrot greens can cause GI upset and skin irritation. Wild carrot (Queen Anne's Lace) more problematic.
Symptoms within 2-4 hours
Mild GI upset, possible skin irritation
Remove plant material. Usually mild symptoms.
Persistent vomiting or skin irritation
Rarely needed unless wild carrot consumed.
