What Happens

Toxic to cats. Causes photosensitivity (severe skin reactions to sunlight including boils, rashes, hives), vomiting, diarrhea, loss of coordination, mouth irritation, agitation, pacing, depression, restlessness, dry mouth, facial swelling, and neurological symptoms.

Timeline

2-6 hours for initial symptoms; photosensitivity within 24-48 hours of sun exposure
