Mildly toxic, causing minor stomach upset if eaten in quantity. The trailing vines are attractive to playful cats.
Symptoms appear within 1-4 hours if any reaction occurs
Mild vomiting, diarrhea, drooling (rare)
Remove plant material from mouth. Monitor closely. Most cases resolve without intervention.
Persistent vomiting, refusal to eat, or symptoms lasting more than 12 hours
Usually not needed for small amounts. Call vet if symptoms persist or cat seems distressed.
